Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of backbonestudio.co and the free resources we publish here (Playbook, free audit, blog posts). Your engagement with us as a paid build client is governed by a separate signed agreement.

Using the site

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to view the site for evaluating whether to work with us. Don't scrape, mirror, reverse engineer, or use the site content to train a model. Everything you see — copy, code, design — is owned by Backbone Studio LLC unless explicitly marked otherwise.

Playbook

The Playbook PDF and Loom are free for personal use within your own agency. Don't republish, resell, or remove our authorship from the document. If you want to share with a friend, send them the signup link — it costs them nothing.

Free audit

The 30-minute diagnostic audit is free, non-binding, and contains no purchase obligation. We may decline to take the call if the engagement doesn't look like a fit; we'll try to point you somewhere useful when that happens.

$99 audit

The paid $99 audit, when it ships in v1.5, includes a written diagnostic and proposal. The $99 is credited toward any signed build within 30 days. If the engagement is clearly out of scope, we refund.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is". We don't warrant uninterrupted availability or that the Playbook will produce a specific business outcome for your agency. We're operators sharing what worked for us; results depend on execution.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backbone Studio LLC's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of this site is capped at $50.

Governing law

Florida law governs these terms. Venue is Hillsborough County, FL.
